About me

I have a Spanish, Italian and Polish background, and have travelled and lived in many different countries. I believe that this exposure to different cultures and beliefs has fostered an open and inclusive approach to humanistic counselling, where differences can be explored with compassion and without judgement.

Having taken and benefitted greatly from psychotherapy over a 25-year period, I was inspired to embrace a lifestyle change and re-train from being a company director in the beauty and health sector into counselling and psychotherapy. This has greatly enriched my life and given me a far greater depth of personal satisfaction.

These days, I work for the National Health Service to provide stress, depression, relationship and trauma therapy for adult workers. I have worked in bereavement services, and am now a part-time counsellor for young adults facing trauma and relationship issues with their family and peers.

I am a fully insured counsellor and registered with the BACP. I can offer my services in English, Italian and Spanish.

My Education and Training

  • First-class BA (Hons) and Diploma in Person Centred Counselling from Metanoia
  • Registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling &Counselling)

  • Metanoia advance training to transition practice online (2022)
  • Ongoing professional development and training to stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and research.

My Approach To Humanistic Therapy In London

I embrace the principles of Carl Rogers' person-centred therapy. My goal is to create a self and accepting environment where my clients can freely delve into their inner thoughts and reflect on their lives without fear of judgement.

My role is to support your life, and who knows your life better than yourself? I therefore seek to understand your perspective experiences with an open mind and genuine, unconditional positivity to help move you along on the path towards self-actualisation and personal growth.
