When things feel too much to hold alone

A space to begin to make sense of things, at your own pace

You might be here because you're carrying more than you can comfortably hold.

Perhaps something in your relationships is painful or confusing, or you feel stuck in a way that is hard to shift. You may not have the words for it yet, only a sense that something is off, heavy, or difficult to understand.

Therapy offers a space where you don't have to figure everything out straight away.

We can begin gently, exploring what you are experiencing so that things can start to feel clearer, lighter, and easier to manage, in your thoughts, your emotions, and within yourself.

I offer sessions in English, Italian and Spanish, online and in person in Queen's Park, London.

You can start with a free 30-minute introductory session, a chance to talk about what's going on for you and see whether this feels like the right next step.

What you might be struggling with

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Often, it's not just one thing, but a mix of experiences that have become difficult to carry alone.

These are some of the areas I often work with.

Anxiety

Feeling stuck

Grief & loss

Depression

Stress, pressure & overwhelm

Relationship difficulties

Low self-esteem & self-worth

Anger & intense emotions

Young adult support

Living between cultures

Life transitions & identity

Trauma & past experiences

My Approach

My work is grounded in a Person-Centred approach. This means I focus on your unique experiences, your self-awareness, and the journey that has brought you to this point, while gently exploring patterns in your thoughts, behaviours and relationships in the present.

At times, we may also pay attention to what is happening beyond words, in your emotions and in your body. I sometimes integrate Brainspotting, a gentle, body-based approach that can help process experiences that are difficult to reach through talking alone.

There are many different ways of working in therapy, but what matters most is the relationship you are able to build with your therapist. Feeling able to speak openly, to be met without judgement, and to be understood as you are, is often where real change begins.

If you're unsure, a first conversation can help you get a sense of how it feels to work together, and whether I am the right fit for you.

About Me

I came to this work from a deep belief in people, and in each person's capacity to grow and heal, even through difficult experiences. I have a real respect for the inner world each of us carries, and for how much can remain unseen or unspoken.

My path into this work has also been shaped by my own experience of therapy over many years. Through that process, I came to understand the value of having a space where you can be met as you are, without judgement or pressure. It was this experience that led me to retrain and move into this work, which continues to deepen both my compassion and how I relate to others.

I am trained in Person-Centred Counselling and hold a BA (Hons) from the Metanoia Institute. I am a registered member of the BACP and of PCE Europe. I am also trained in Brainspotting. My practice is grounded in an ethical framework, but just as importantly, in the way I meet and respond to the people I work with.

I have supported clients in a range of settings, including the NHS, bereavement services, and private practice. Alongside my work with adults, I also have experience working with young people in schools, supporting them with emotional and learning difficulties.

I understand how overwhelming and isolating things can feel at times, and that you don't have to hold that on your own. I approach this work with a deep awareness of the trust it takes to share your experience, and with care, honesty and presence.
